Kiver was born from the shared vision of two friends, JP & Nick, who met during their university years and quickly bonded over their mutual passion for mountain sports and a commitment to excellence. Inspired by the agility and precision required in the mountains, they set out to bring the same focus to helping leaders and organizations achieve their goals.

At Kiver, we believe that true impact stems from a balanced and humane approach. Rooted in our shared passion for mountain sports, we draw inspiration from the agility, precision, and resilience required to navigate complex terrains. A full program typically last three to four months but can be customized based on your organization’s specific needs. We can also revisit only some specific dimensions of your governance while we’re happy to provide you with ongoing support as long as you need us.

What we call “Red Phone” is our on-demand Problem-Solving service, offering urgent insights to address critical challenges during a time of crisis or whenever needed.

Confidentiality is paramount to us. We handle all client information with the utmost care, adhering to strict privacy standards, and are always willing to sign NDAs before discussing any sensitive topics.

Yes but not only, KIVER offers both in-person and remote services, ensuring accessibility and efficiency. While we prefer to run some activities such as key workshops and the CEO Lab in-person, we are happy to perform other activities remotely depending on your needs.

KIVER operates from two key locations: JP is based in Brussels, Belgium, and Nick in Vevey, Switzerland. We can serve clients across Western Europe and beyond, especially for services that can be delivered remotely. That said, we are always happy to meet in person and conduct activities on-site whenever needed or simply more suitable.

We are both fluent in English and French. Nick is also more than happy to chat with you in German or Swiss-German.

We offer package deals where we provide you with a set of services for a predefined price but we can also work with standard “time & material” pricing when your needs are more specific.
